The halls at Braybrooke Recreation Ground, the Copse Suite at Jocks Lane and the community hall at Great Hollands Recreation Ground are available for one-off hires such as weddings, anniversaries, children's and family birthdays, and other special occasions.  They are not available for parties from ages 15 to 21.

The premises may be used for private functions only.  Tickets must not be sold at the door, and alcohol may be sold if an occasional licence is obtained.  For safety reasons, fireworks, barbeques and bouncy castles are not permitted at these sites.  Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building.

Community Halls

Minimum booking 2 hours

Monday - Saturday a.m. = £15.00 per hour.

Saturday p.m. / Sunday and Bank Holidays = £21.00 per hour (up to 5 hours) then £7.00 for 6th and subsequent hours. 

Minimum booking 1.5 hours

£21.00 per hour

Jocks Lane Coffee Shop

£10.50 per hour

We can only accept payment by cash or cheque - we do not accept credit/debit cards.  Payment needs to be made in full ten days before the booking.

A refundable cash deposit of £50.00 is also required against any damage which may be incurred during the hire of the hall, which may be collected from Brooke House three days after the date of hire.
