What We Do
Bracknell Town Council is responsible for the maintenance of the majority of the recreation areas and childrens' play facilities within the Bracknell Town area of Bracknell Forest Borough.
Our grounds staff (dressed in dark blue clothing) are familiar to many as they are seen mowing the grass, marking out sports pitches, clearing litter and inspecting play equipment. What you may not be so familiar with are some of our other staff and services which include the provision of allotment sites, bus shelters, public seats, the Larges Lane Cemetery and the quality all weather synthetic pitch facilities at Birch Hill.
The Town Council also gives grants to local organisations and a TV licence grant to older and disabled people of the Parish.
Details of all the Town Council's services can be found on this website.
Our Mission
To be the guardian of Bracknell Town's parks, play areas and public spaces and to safeguard them from possible future development. To be responsive to the needs of all sections of our community, to build upon our achievements and provide high quality services at optimum cost.Announcements
