Litter and Dog Fouling

Bracknell Town Council provides over 150 bins for depositing litter and dog faeces at all of our parks and play areas. Bins are emptied weekly at minimum, more frequently if required, and within 48 hours for specific problems.  The Council's single environmental warden is responsible for emptying bins.

Some sites are visited several times a week if this is felt necessary.  However, problems such as broken glass or occasional vandalism can occur within a few minutes of our maintenance staff leaving the site.

We need your help to report any safety problems. Our Brooke House office handle all such reports and any member of staff will take your call on 01344 420079 during office hours.
It is our policy to attend any matters concerning safety within twenty-four hours or on the same day if reported early.

Problems with dog fouling in or around play areas should also be reported to us. Letting dogs foul and failing to clean up after them is a fineable offence. The Environmental Warden will warn or fine offenders as necessary.
