1. Following the resignation of Cherise Welch, a vacancy for a Town Councillor has arisen in the above ward of Bracknell Town Council.
2. A by-election to fill the vacancy will be held if by 5pm on 28th May 2025* ten electors for the Ward give notice in writing claiming such an election to the Returning Officer (see explanatory note below*).
3. The address of the Returning Officer is: Bracknell Forest Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell RG12 1JD
4. If no such notice is given the Town Council will fill this vacancy by co-option.
